This project is featured on exhibition at Bread & Cie. We originally began the project by touring Hillcrest and gaining a perspective of the lifestyle. We captured photos and were assigned to make a collage. The center of my collage represents some of the architecture. The bottom represents a man, in the nude, bathing. The top portion represents a storm. The collage, from top to botton, shows three different perspectives.
My 1000 words painting was originally done by a Belgian surrealist artist named Rene Magritte. The project was a collaboration of English and Art where we created a 1000 word story based on the painting. In my painting, the man is an old school teacher, and the women is a 16-year old student. Click here (coming soon) to read the story that joins the painting.
MY Time in Israel...
Dystopian Project
My dystopian project focused on a world filled with advancement of technology, the over-powering of government, and absolutely no social interaction. I highlighted these points because they are issues that are currently occurring in America. Below are images from my story. I created small images that insert into one man's journal and his point of view (the narrator of the story).
